The Commissioner for Children and Young People (2003 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2003

This Order brings into operation on 1st October 2003 Articles 6 to 27 of and Schedule 3 to the Commissioner for Children and Young People (Northern Ireland) Order 2003 (“the Order”), which provide for the aim and functions of, and the conduct of formal investigations by, the Commissioner for Children and Young People; the review of the Order; and other supplementary provisions.
